铝/铝基复合材料双层发动机缸套的研究Research on Aluminum/Aluminum Matrix Composite Double-Layer Cylinder Liner

摘要(Abstract):
随着汽车轻量化要求的提高,全铝发动机已然成为未来汽车应用发展的趋势。通过离心铸造和固-液复合的方法制备了铝/铝基复合材料双层缸套,研究了不同表面处理条件下双层缸套的组织性能。结果表明,机械打磨表面处理未能获得良好的冶金结合界面,间隙率高,界面结合较差;化学法表面处理能改善界面间润湿性,间隙率减少,界面连续性较好;电镀铜表面处理界面连续性好,实现良好的冶金结合。展望了未来铝/铝基复合材料双层缸套的发展方向。
