采用低合金高强度钢制造车轮以减轻重量Wheel Weight Reduction with Low Alloy High Strength Steel

摘要(Abstract):
为了减轻汽车重量,近年来广泛采用低合金高强度钢制造车轮。生产车轮的高强度钢要满足冲压成形和焊后滚压成形的工艺性能要求,同时满足车轮使用时的弯曲疲劳和径向疲劳性能要求。本文叙述了各种冶金因素对车轮用钢工艺性能和疲劳性能的影响,同时介绍了一些低合金高强度钢生产车轮的情况。
