流延法制备石墨复合双极板基础配方的探索Exploration on the Basic Formula of Graphite Composite Bipolar Plate Prepared by Tape Casting

摘要(Abstract):
采用流延成型法,以酚醛树脂为粘结剂,石墨为骨料,碳纤维为添加剂,制备了氢燃料电池用石墨复合双极板。以石墨复合双极板的导电性能和力学性能为衡量指标,结合扫描电镜(SEM)的表征分析,研究了树脂种类、树脂质量分数、石墨目数、石墨质量分数等材料配比对双极板性能的影响规律,结果表明:当PF-2123的酚醛树脂质量分数为30%,200目的石墨质量分数为68%,碳纤维质量分数为2%时的电导率及抗弯强度性能最优,分别为127 S/cm、29.2 MPa;随着碳纤维质量分数的增加,双极板的抗弯强度增加,但电导率有一定程度减小。
