摘要(Abstract):
建立了2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生高效液相色谱法测定汽车内饰材料中醛酮化合物散发量的方法。研究了显色剂配制方法、样品在烘箱中的加热时间及聚乙烯瓶中水的体积对试验结果的影响。结果表明,4种醛酮化合物的工作曲线在一定浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均>0.999 9,检出限为0.001-0.003μg/mL,回收率为63.2%-89.1%。该方法操作简便、重现性好,可用于汽车内饰材料的醛酮化合物散发量的测定。
