钢铝无钉铆接技术的工艺参数及静力学性能研究Research on Process Parameters and Mechanical Properties of Clinching Technologies in Steel and Aluminum Sheets

摘要(Abstract):
研究了钢铝无钉铆接技术的工艺参数和静力学性能。通过田口方法和正交试验,评估接头剖视面颈部厚度、互锁深度,确定最优铆接方向及工艺参数;借助静载荷破坏试验,对比其与SPR连接,获得其静力学曲线及失效模式,分析材料等级、铆接方向、材料料厚对其静力学性能的影响。抗剪强度与上层材料强度正相关;抗拉强度与材料强度负相关;铆接方向从高强度到低强度,抗剪强度更高,从低强度到高强度,抗拉强度更高;上层料厚与下层料薄,抗剪强度更高;料厚的增加可提升抗拉强度。无钉铆接连接静力学性能相比SPR有所下降,可应用在非主要承载的车身结构区域。
