一体压铸铝合金自冲铆接接头裂纹及其对力学性能的影响Cracks in Integrated Die-casting Aluminum Alloy SPR Joints and Effects on Mechanical Properties

摘要(Abstract):
利用金相显微镜、工业CT及静态、疲劳力学性能测试,研究了DC01和一体压铸铝合金的自冲铆接接头铆扣表面裂纹及其对力学性能的影响。统计分析表明,铆扣表面裂纹的长度及数量对接头拉伸性能无明显影响。按照裂纹严重程度将连接试样分组,不同组别的接头静态拉伸性能及疲劳寿命未发现明显差别。在静态及疲劳加载过程中,铆扣表面裂纹发生扩展,但并非引起接头失效的主因。同时,加载频率对自冲铆接接头疲劳寿命影响显著。
