基于汽车安全的热冲压成形技术优化

摘要(Abstract):
研究了铌微合金化的热成形钢及其构件的性能,论述了钢材弯曲吸能性能与汽车被动安全的关系,并引入能够满足汽车碰撞综合要求的新的热成形钢的合金成分设计,新成分设计的关键是用Nb微合金化技术细化热成形钢的马氏体组织,或者Nb微合金化的同时去除传统热成形钢中的B元素和Ti元素。结果表明,采用新技术可以大幅度提高热成形钢及其构件的弯曲角和冲及吸能值,并可以有效避免氢致延迟断裂。
