980MPa级双相钢激光焊焊接接头的组织和性能特征

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究双相钢激光焊焊接接头的组织和性能,通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计等对焊接接头进行组织和显微硬度表征,结果表明焊接接头存在软化区和硬化区,软化区为焊接接头薄弱区域,熔合区马氏体和热影响区马氏体回火分别导致了焊接接头硬化区和软化区的形成,有限元仿真分析可对焊接板冲压时的失效进行有效预测。
